Update v0.12

- Introduced a new option to train the fitness stat (requires having Elena in your harem)
- Introduced a new character, Tiffany: a sassy blonde MILF working as a dealer at the casino
- Added an introduction scene for the alternative fintess training (vaginal carry-fuck, very lively and jiggly thanks to Live2D)
- Added two additional procedurally generating scenes for the same event (fitness < 40; fitness >= 40)
- Added 6 new cumshot images for the existing scenes
- Added an option to meet Tiffany and earn her phone number by playing blackjack
- Added a new body sprite for Charlotte (casual clothing; unused at the moment)
- Added an in-game changelog
- Most of the existing events and scenes can now be accessed not only in Quest Hub, but also at the respective girl's room
- Fixed a few minor bugs and inconsistencies
